Starting situation:
The company had selected a new service provider to carry out its transformation project. However, it was uncertain whether the provider would provide the required service in accordance with the specifications. For this reason, grandega’s consultants were consulted as a neutral party, who accompanied the implementation of the S/4HANA integration as quality assurance.
This is how we proceeded.
- Definition of the necessary delivery items, provision of corresponding templates and definition of quality criteria.
- Embedding regular quality control in the project processes and tracking the delivery items.
- Participation in workshops with the specialist departments to ensure methodical work.
- Validation of change requests in terms of added value and embedding in the corporate strategy.
- Participation in steering committees and meetings of the Change Advisory Board and Demand Management Board as an independent third party.
