Starting situation:

In the past, various initiatives have already been undertaken to increase the agility of the organization. Despite these initial measures, it was unclear to what extent the change process could already be established within the company. There was a lack of continuous management and follow-up of methods used. 

This is how we proceeded:

  • Establishing a set of tools to determine the degree of agile implementation in ongoing projects. Methods for increasing the degree of agility in the team.
  • Definition of characteristics of agility in teams.
  • Identification & piloting of user-centered solutions.
  • Derivation of measures to increase agility in teams.
  • Identification of team-specific, cross-team and process-related obstacles.
