Initial situation:

Efficient and secure onboarding processes through AI-supported KYC automation​. Manual document reviews and validations led to a bottleneck in the company’s processes. These operations proved to be critical, as the business registration data for payment processing, among other things, was also affected.

This is how we proceeded:

  • Customer-centered consideration of processes and problem areas in business analysis 
  • Conducting product research 
  • Choosing an artificial intelligence-based product from “super.ai” 
  • Implementation of an automated process: “Document Verification Service” 
  • Introduction and integration of the process into the existing onboarding process
