Vivienne is a business psychologist (M.Sc.) with diverse experience in (IT) project management, change management, strategic communications, and transformation, strategy, and technology consulting at grandega. Through her experience in the financial sector, the consumer goods industry, and various consulting firms, she has learned to quickly familiarize herself with new subject areas and approach complex challenges in a structured manner. With passion and a people-oriented approach, Vivienne actively shapes transformation processes. Her focus is on strategic communications, project management, and the design of change initiatives and workshops. She understands how to empower teams and sustainably optimize processes. She brings her strong communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to projects and, through her openness and strong sense of responsibility, contributes significantly to her clients’ success.
