What I am passionate about
For me, ethics, sustainability and responsible behavior in business and in everyday life are the cornerstone for healthy coexistence. Being able to lend others a hand on the way to developing their own potential is an incredibly enriching experience.

Vita.
Rico, based in Kassel, Germany, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Gastronomy from Dusit Thani College in Bangkok and completed his management training at Ritz Carlton. He received his Master of Arts in International Health & Social Management from the Management Center Innsbruck, followed by an Engineer in International Business at the University of Economics and Business in Prague. He is currently working together with the University of Heidelberg on a dissertation project in the Department of Occupational Medicine with a focus on the influence of satisfaction and stress at work on loss of productivity. In addition, to several years of experience in the hospitality, healthcare and sales industries, he spent four years as a recruitment consultant at SAP. He is characterized by his strategic and service-oriented way of thinking and working. As a university lecturer, he has been teaching ethics, sustainability and responsible business since 2020 and attaches great importance to an organized and team-oriented way of working.
