Nicolas successfully completed his Master of Science in Digital Media Psychology at Julius-Maximilians-University. He previously earned his Bachelor of Science in Media Communication. He brings extensive experience in digitalization and the optimization of business processes. He also has expertise in change management and in creating and delivering training courses. His strengths lie in the analytical analysis of existing processes to identify errors, which are then optimized using established or creative solutions. His communicative and empathetic nature always allows him to bring a people-centered approach to projects. He also demonstrates a high degree of flexibility, resilience, and openness, which allows him to quickly adapt to new projects.
