Vita.
Janina, who lives in Cologne, completed a Master’s in Sociology after completing a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences. The focus of the master’s degree was on topics such as social transformation and new work with a focus on cross-generational change processes. During her studies, she worked as a project employee in an Aachen startup, where she gained insights into different work areas and development stages of a company. There she was able to develop significantly and gain a wide range of practical experience in various roles (head of human resources, assistant to the management). She also actively supported a change process as part of extensive outsourcing. Through her experience as an interface between management and employees, she learned about the challenges in the transformation process from different perspectives. Particularly noteworthy are Janina’s strong communication skills, empathy and ability to work in a team.
