For 13 years, Hakan has worked as a sales manager with a strong focus on strategic customer development, sustainable customer relationships, and team leadership.
Hakan gained his first professional experience from 2007 to 2012 in controlling at an electronics company before moving into sales.
From 2013 to 2015, Hakan worked for an IT project consultancy, where he worked his way up through all levels of the sales hierarchy and gained his first leadership experience.
From 2016 to 2020, he was a sales team leader at an IT project consultancy, where he built sales teams, managed strategic customers, and gained valuable leadership experience.
Since 2020, Hakan has been Head of Sales at grandega and is responsible for developing sales and customer structures, managing employees, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
With his experience in developing successful sales strategies, leading teams and his focus on sustainable customer relationships, he contributes significantly to the growth of his company.
