What I am passionate about
I am passionate about working with people - in teams at our customers, with internal colleagues, with top managers as well as with project employees. Everyone can be supported on their way to becoming a hero and I also benefit from every collaboration and encounter on my way. That's what makes consulting and the project business so unique for me.
What does it mean for you to work at grandega?
The diverse and always positive and constructive collaboration with colleagues. Always thinking collectively, we support each other and across the already flat hierarchies. This results in results that are impressive - but we never miss out on fun.

Vita.
Alexander, who lives in Mainz, holds a master’s degree in International Marketing Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and a bachelor’s degree in International Management from the Wiesbaden Business School. During his studies, numerous academic and professional engagements at home and abroad sharpened his understanding of the global economy and intercultural skills. Alexander has been part of the grandega team since November 2020 and most recently supported the New Work Transformation of a large German insurer. He previously managed an agile IT sales project in the insurance industry for grandega as well as the project management of the local organization of a global SAP S/4HANA rollout and the vendor management of a large German confectionery manufacturer as part of SAP transformations.
