We generally offer every grandega employee the opportunity to work from home. However, it is important to be willing to travel, as the projects are usually carried out at our customers’ locations.

We try to adapt your working hours to your personal situation. This is done by mutual agreement. In principle, our consultants have the option of taking time off/unpaid leave at any time.

We pursue a generalist approach. This means that after joining us as an Associate Consultant or Consultant, you will initially gain generalist experience in various areas. Later, you can then specialize in individual sectors or topics. If you want to specialize in a particular area right from the start, this is also possible with us and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you already have significant professional experience, it is common to start directly in a specific area, but this is not a must.

Of course we are. We are a mixed team with backgrounds in psychology, engineering, business administration and much more. In order to be able to advise our customers at a high professional level, it is important for us to have a mix of different academic backgrounds.
