Stephan is Head of Sales at grandega GmbH and brings over 12 years of experience in customer service and sales practice.
- 2012–2013: Entry into sales and customer service as a Sales Consultant in the field of management consulting, responsible for identifying new customers and advising on suitable solutions.
- 2014–2016: As Key Account Manager, Stephan was responsible for the support and development of major customers. His focus was on long-term customer loyalty, identifying additional business needs, and developing customized solutions. Stephan led negotiations, optimized existing processes, and made a significant contribution to increasing sales.
- 2017–2020: Team Leader in HR consulting, managing and developing sales teams, responsible for implementing sales strategies and achieving sales and growth targets.
- Since 2020: Head of Sales at grandega GmbH, responsible for the strategic direction of sales, team building, business development, and long-term customer relationship building. Focus on developing customized solutions and the company’s sustainable growth.
