Initial situation:
The search for a suitable ERP supplier: Challenges in a homogeneous system landscape. The customer is aiming to modernize the ERP system and is faced with the challenge of finding a suitable supplier. The homogeneity of the existing systems makes this search extremely challenging.
This is how we proceeded:
- Creation of a vendor longlist and shortlist based on the customer’s scope requirements.
- Preparation of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Request for Proposal (RfP) for the selected suppliers.
- Conducting several familiarization workshops and bid presentations to get to know the potential suppliers better and evaluate their bids.
- Evaluation of bids and further specification of the project scope.
