Initial situation:

During the modernization and harmonization of the IT systems, particularly the included introduction of SAP S/4 HANA, a complex situation had to be mastered: The users were a heterogeneous group with different cultural backgrounds, levels of education and areas of responsibility. Our tailored Change Management strategies aimed to use this diversity as a valuable contribution to the transformation and ensure the success of the project.

This is how we proceeded:

  • Requirements analysis on the topic of Organizational Change Management (OCM).  Definition and implementation of an OCM roadmap.
  • Definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Presentation and evaluation of various OCM strategies.
  •  Coordination of classroom training and e-learning.
